Hi, I’m Jemma and I grew up in Manchester (where I can count on one hand how many times I left the North West) before I moved to Australia in 2007. That huge move was my first trip overseas, which opened my eyes to the possibility of travel. Now I like to make up for the lost time by exploring as much as possible!

After 5.5 years in Brisbane, 5.5 years in Sydney and another year in Manchester, I’ve found my way back to Brisbane.

I’m getting to know Brisbane again (now with a three-year-old in tow!), so this blog is my weekend journal. I also love discovering new places including the best high tea experiences. During the week, I am Editor for Queensland.com.
